Building around COD, phone OTP and courier booking is a good fit for sellers moving off Facebook and WhatsApp orders. The risky part of COD is returns and fake orders, so an OTP check before dispatch and a per-customer return count would help sellers a lot. Free plan taking COD makes sense as an entry point. Curious how the courier booking handles failed delivery attempts, since that is where most sellers lose money.
